• Raffle organizing company

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the followers of the Instagram profiles of both brands.

•  Geographic scope and participants

These promotions are national in scope except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

• temporal scope

The period of the promotion will begin the day 08/11/2022 y ends the 10/11/2022. 

• Participants

Residents in Spain (except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands) previously registered on the Instagram social network with a single real user and who follow the accounts @alaiacommunity and @flysurfboards_es.

They must actively participate in the raffle according to the mechanics set forth in this document. Workers or direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the promotion of the materials corresponding to them, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in said raffle.

If such a circumstance occurs, Flysurf will automatically discard these entries. Both brands are not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided is not correct or has errors.

This promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the different participants is carried out with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, Flysurf and Alaia Community reserve the right to automatically and immediately exclude from it any participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes mendacious or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means or fails to comply with these Bases in any of their extremes. In the event that irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, both brands reserve the right to exercise the relevant legal actions against their author or person responsible, among others, those aimed at the return of the prizes.

• DRAW

There will be three prizes to be raffled among all users that:

1) MENTION 2 friends in the publications made jointly by both profiles on November 08, 2022 in the corresponding publication.

2) Be followers of both Instagram profiles.

3) Mention two friends in the comments.

The prize is personal and intransferable.

• Mechanics of the promotion

From the first day of the promotion and up to and including the last day, Instagram followers of both accounts will be able to participate in this draw through Instagram, mentioning 2 friends.

Each user can participate an unlimited number of times, as long as you mention different friends. There will be a joint published post for both companies.

• AWARDS

• • The first prize consists of a Flysurf surfboard of the client's choice, with a maximum value of €290.
  • The second prize is 4 modernization classes (2 in the water and 2 out) with ALAIA Community in Barcelona.
  • The third prize is a pack of 2 t-shirts: one from the Flysurf brand and another from ALAIA Community.

All this will be sent to an address in the national territory, excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

• Prize awarding mechanics

It will be through the random election platform https://wask.co/, adding the valid participations from the post mentioned above. The selection process will be carried out three times (one per winner) and this process will be recorded while it is carried out. Once this has been done, the recorded content will be uploaded to stories on the @flysurfboards_es account.

The winner authorizes their Instagram name to be published on the social networks of both organizing profiles. The winner will be notified through a story in the Flysurf account and in the draw post. If the winner fails to comply with the rules of this draw or cannot be located within the terms of these rules, the prize corresponding to him or her will be void.

The participant must not include comments that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities in which you may incur if you make an illegal or fraudulent use of them. The winner will be contacted on November 11, 2022 through the mention in the story and with a mention in the draw post, indicating that they contact us. If, after a week, no response is received including all the information necessary to deliver the prize, the delivery will be cancelled.

In the event that any winner or winners do not respond within the indicated day, the right to name a new winner(s) is reserved, following the procedure described in this article. In the event that said new winner(s) do not reply either, the prize may be declared void.
