1. Raffle organizing company

The organizing entity of this giveaway is the Flysurf ESPAÑA brand, with legal representation by Víctor Antona García Calle Bronce, 35. Piso 1 Puerta 11, Madrid, 28045, NIF: 50899400D, in collaboration with the brand MRDesigns, with legal representation by Martina Rivera Diez, Calle Cartagena 127, 28002, Madrid. NIF: 05710755Q.

1. Purpose of the draw

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the followers of the Instagram profiles of both brands.

1. Geographic scope and participants

These promotions are national in scope except for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.

1. temporal scope

The period of the promotion will begin the day 20/06/2021 and ends the 24 / 01 / 2021. 

1. Participants

Residents in Spain (except for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands) previously registered on the Instagram social network with a single real user and who follow the accounts @mrdesigns_es and @flysurfboards_es.

They must actively participate in the raffle according to the mechanics set forth in this document. Workers or direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the promotion of the materials corresponding to them, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in said raffle.

If such a circumstance occurs, Flysurf will automatically discard these entries. Both brands are not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided is not correct or has errors.

This promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the different participants is carried out with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, Flysurf and MRDesigns reserve the right to automatically and immediately exclude from it any participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes mendacious or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means or fails to comply with these Rules in any of their extremes. . In the event that irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, both brands reserve the right to exercise the relevant legal actions against their author or person responsible, among others, those aimed at the return of the prizes.

1. DRAW

There will be a prize to be raffled among all users who:

1) MENTION 2 friends in the posts made from both profiles on June 20 in the corresponding publications.

2) Be followers of both Instagram profiles.

3) Mention a place where you would like to go on a trip and from which the map would be made.

The prize is personal and intransferable.

1. Mechanics of the promotion

From the first day of the promotion and up to and including the last day, Instagram followers of both accounts will be able to participate in this draw through Instagram, mentioning 2 friends.

Each user can participate a maximum of 4 times per post, as long as you mention different friends. There will be a post published from each profile of both companies.

1. PRIZE

The prize consists of a Flysurf Tote Bag which will include: a sheet with an MRDesigns map with the destination chosen by the winner, a Flysurf t-shirt in collaboration with MRDesigns, a Flysurf Riders booklet and a Flysurf sticker. All this will be sent to an address in the national territory, excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary and Balearic Islands.

1. Prize awarding mechanics

It will be through the random choice platform by adding the valid participations of both posts.

The winner authorizes their Instagram name to be published on the social networks of both organizing profiles. The winner will be notified through a comment on the raffle photo. If the winner fails to comply with the rules of this draw or cannot be located within the terms of these bases, the corresponding prize will be forfeited.

The participant must not include comments that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities in which you may incur if you make an illegal or fraudulent use of them. In this case, immediate action may be taken in the event of a complaint or suspicion that infringements of intellectual property rights may be taking place, or in the event of any content that may be considered inappropriate and proceed to eliminate it immediately, being able to request the permanent blocking of the infringing user.

1. 10.Contact with the winner

The winner will be contacted on June 25 through a DM and a message in the image of the draw and through a story indicating that they have to send an email with their personal information to send it to info@flysurfboards.es. The winner will have to contact within a period of one week to make the communication. If, after a week, no response is received including all the information necessary to deliver the prize, the delivery will be cancelled.

In the event that any winner or winners do not respond within the indicated day, the right to name a new winner(s) is reserved, following the procedure described in this article. In the event that said new winner(s) do not reply either, the prize may be declared void.

1. 11.Unlinking from Instagram

Instagram is in no way associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering this promotion. The user completely disconnects from Instagram, and is aware that he is providing his information to the organizing companies and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used to process the participant's participation and to notify him of the prize in the event that he is the winner. 1. 12.Taxes

The holding of the planned draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

1. 13.Acceptance of the bases

The simple participation implies the acceptance of these bases in their entirety, so the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance of the same, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of the same, Flysurf España and MRDesigns will be released from compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all expenses incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as any liability that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. In this sense, the winner will be responsible for all taxes accrued or expenses that are not specifically mentioned in these rules.

Both companies reserve the right to use the names and images of the winning participants as well as all the participants for the purpose of using them for publicity purposes in the media they deem appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.
