Legal bases of our contest 15/01/2021 and will end on 31/01/2020

1. Company organizing the raffle

The organizing entity of this draw is the company Flysurfboards ESPAÑA, with legal representation by Víctor Antona García Calle bronze, 35. Floor 1 door 11 Madrid 28045 NIF: 50899400D, in collaboration with TAKE SURF Hostel Conil, with legal representation by Seralpa Inversiones SL, Calle Alambrada n7, Conil de La Frontera, CD:11140. NIF: B90320268.

2.Purpose of the draw

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the followers of the Instagram profiles of both brands.

3. Geographic scope and participants

These promotions are national in scope except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

4.Temporal scope

The period of the promotion will begin the day 15/01/2021 and will end on 31/01/2020.

5.Participants

Residents in Spain (except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) previously registered on the Instagram social network with a single real user and who follow the accounts @take_hostel_conil and @flysurfboards_es

. They must actively participate in the raffle according to the mechanics set forth in this document. The workers of or direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the promotion of the materials corresponding to them, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate in said raffle.

If such a circumstance occurs, Flysurfboards will automatically discard these entries. Both companies are not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants nor for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided is not correct or has errors.

This promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the different participants is carried out with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, Flysurfboards and TAKE HOSTEL reserve the right to automatically and immediately exclude from it any participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes mendacious or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means or fails to comply with these Bases in any of their extremes. In the event that irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, both companies reserve the right to exercise the relevant legal actions against the author or person responsible, among others, those aimed at the return of the prizes.

6.RAW

There will be a prize: Among all users who:

1) MENTION 2 friends in the posts made from both profiles on January 15 in the corresponding publications.

2) Be followers of both Instagram profiles.

The prize is personal and intransferable.

7. Mechanics of promotion

From the first day of the promotion and up to and including the last day, Instagram followers of both accounts will be able to participate in this draw through Instagram, mentioning 2 friends.

Each user can participate a maximum of 4 times per post, as long as you mention different friends. There will be a post published from each profile of both companies.

8 PRIZE

The prize consists of a THE TRAVELLER FISH 6.6 FCS surfboard that will be sent to an address in the national territory, excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

2 nights accommodation for two people at TAKE Hostel Conil in a shared room for 10, 8 or 6 people (depending on availability), with a shared bathroom and a group surf class for two people. The promotion will be valid from February 1 to June 30, except for the Easter holiday period.

9.Prize awarding mechanics

It will be through the random choice platform adding the valid participations of both posts.

The winner authorizes their Instagram name to be published on the social networks of both organizing profiles. The winner will be notified through a comment on the raffle photo. If the winner fails to comply with the rules of this draw or cannot be located within the terms of these bases, the prize that would have corresponded to him, would be void.

The participant must not include comments that violate or are likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities in which you may incur if you make an illegal or fraudulent use of them. In this case, immediate action may be taken in the event of a complaint or suspicion that infringements of intellectual property rights may be taking place, or in the event of any content that may be considered inappropriate and proceed to eliminate it immediately, being able to request the permanent blocking of the infringing user.

10.Contact with the winner

The winner will be contacted on February 1 through a comment on the draw image and through a story indicating that they have to send an email with their personal information to send it to info@flysurfboards.es. The winner will have to contact within 1 week to make the communication. If, after a week, no response is received including all the information necessary to deliver the prize, the delivery will be cancelled.

Instagram is in no way associated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administering this promotion. 12. Taxation

The holding of the planned draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.

13.Acceptance of the bases

The simple participation implies the acceptance of these bases in their entirety, so the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance of them, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of the same, Flysurf Boards España and Take Hostel Conil will be released. of compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all expenses incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as any liability that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. Both companies reserve the right to use the names and images of the winning participants as well as all the participants for the purposes of their use for advertising purposes in the media they deem appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.

16. Applicable law and competent courts
